Objectifs :

L'objectif : lâcher-prise, rencontrer, partager, s'amuser, développer son aisance à l'oral.

Rejoindre un groupe haut en couleurs pour une activité de détente et de lâcher-prise.

Pendant deux heures, après avoir délié corps et voix, nous jouons en improvisant de courtes saynètes sur des thèmes divers et variés, tirés de la vie courante ou empruntés à des auteurs. Pas de stress, pas de travail entre les séances, juste de la détente et de la bienveillance pour retrouver le plaisir d’être ensemble et de partager un bon moment.

Un excellent remède à la timidité et un tremplin pour porter sa voix.

Atelier accessible à partir de 16 ans.
