Objectifs :

En pratiquant le Pilates, vous travaillez la musculature profonde, la posture, un alignement parfait, la justesse et l'amplitude des mouvements. La respiration a une place prépondérante pour la bonne réalisation des mouvements.
Vous apprendrez à maîtriser vos "5 neutres" puis les 8 principes de base de cette discipline.
Pratiquer le Pilates est un gage mieux être dans la vie de tous les jours.
Le cours débute par un échauffement qui met en place les "5 neutres", puis on prépare les muscles, la respiration spécifique, on sollicite nos capacités d'équilibration.
Cette montée en température de notre corps prépare au travail spécifique du Pilates qui est le maintien de nos neutres tout en faisant des exercices selon nos capacités.
