Objectifs :

- Améliorer sa souplesse, sa capacité musculaire, sa posture
- Travailler sa capacité d'équilibre, sa tonicité
- Travailler sa concentration en "domptant" le ballon
Ce gros ballon d'origine suisse et utilisé par bon nombre de kinésithérapeutes, permet de travailler tout son corps de façon ludique et très variée.
L'instabilité provoquée par ce ballon oblige à solliciter les muscles en profondeur d'où l'utilisation des bases du Pilates. La concentration, le contrôle, sont de mise pour réaliser les différents exercices accompagnés de la respiration.
